Safety 3 ton Jack Stand Jackstand Jack Automatic Lift

One of only 3 products available that i could find that allow you to place a jack-stand on four lift points with only 1 jack. One competitor (adjustable height) is twice the price delivered but is not-stock anywhere that I could find. One competitor is not adjustable in height and far more bulky. Pros for this unit Fully adjustable as to height Works great with scissor jack (drill powered) Has multiple height settings Sturdy Cons Heavy 4 weigh more than 100 lbs Assemble before use to verify the main pins holes on each end not align precisely (this is easily corrected but removing some material from the top of the notched adjustment piece so the will go deeper into the receiver. In my case less that 30 seconds on a bench grinder removing a small amount on the top edge allowed the holes to align. This minor material removal doe not affect the integrity as the locking pins in those holes actually carry all the the load. It will take a few tries to become familiar with the reassembly of the stands under the vehicle. I would absolutely buy again if I did not already have 4.

Works okay with Tesla model Y to do tire rotations (front to back) with some caveats . If the jack stand + rubber puck is on center, the jack stand will not distribute the load evenly due to the car sitting at an angle. This causes the base to be at an angle and legs will point slightly outward. Under load the legs do not move to adjust the weight. So I placed the stand slightly off center to the puck to counteract this. The flat adapter place has enough room to allow the stand to be placed off center and allow the legs to sit flat to the ground. Overall I am happy with the product, but I can see how Rivian r1s review had a bad experience.

The jack stands work great the 3 stars are for the missing rubber pad in one of my stands and for the poorly made pinch weld adapter. It is way to wide to actually support the pinch weld of a car without rolling it.

This Safe Jack Stand is great but you must use it as intended. Read the manual and follow all safety tips. I have a 2005 Nissan Sentra and it worked perfectly. My father has a Lexus SC300 and it's a must have for that car in particular. The Lexus SC300 can only be jacked up from the notches on the pinch welds, so this Safe Jack Stand is absolutely necessary for this car. Don't use the rubber pad on the pinch weld. It won't damage the pad but it will leave an imprint. I think the Safe Jack Stand is safer than any jack stand I have ever used. I tried to use it with a bottle jack but the bottle jack was too tall. So I used my floor jack and everything went perfectly. I will probably buy a second one. I have submitted several pictures and a demonstration video for you to see. Well worth the money. 5 stars out of 5.

Update: beware of this stand. The flimsy stand broke on the second use. Luckily the vehicle was not damaged and nobody was injured. I was skeptical looking at the stand, but it did its job well enough and allowed me to cross the wheels front to back using a single jack. Felt surprisingly sturdy under load

This is a solid and well-designed Jack Stand that I am using with my low clearance floor jack to do maintenance on my Tesla Y. It is similar to the only other competing Jack Stand, but for half the price. However, there is one shortcoming with this stand as the holes for the two locking pins are not lining up and needed to be drilled out in order to lock the top part correctly, which is not much of a problem if you have the right bench tools. I guess that the parts are drilled before powder coating and then they get mixed up and the holes don't line up, but overall, I would recommend this product.

For the price these are a great alternative to products like the RennStand. I've used on my b9 audi without issue. Just check the weight of your car first. These are rated to 3 tons or 6000 lbs. Most EVs are heavier than that now, can't believe people would get under these jacks and have no idea what their car weighs.

Great concept, however when you use it, its very hard to have it perfectly level to jack the car up and then set back into the feet.
