Good starter set
If you're looking for a variety set of resistance bands, this is the way to go. They are very comfortable to grip while exercising and I believe they will hold up for a long time.

Theyโre good exercise bands, replacing the ones that came with a Richard Simmons exercise DVD. The previous ones I bought lasted about 2 years which is normal since I really use them.

New Year New Me!
I have been using these resistance bands for a few weeks now and I have to say they have fulfilled all my expectations. I need to use them to do a few of my Physical Therapy exercises on my arms and they very durable. They also provide an adequate amount of resistance as well. Not very light at all which is great for the cardio /aerobic exercises I do in the mornings as well .I wish I knew what the weight ranges were but that is not a big detracting factor.

My package arrived right away. I was happy because I was traveling out of town. It came in a mesh travel bag which made it easy for packing. I was able to pack it in my suitcase which helped make me stay on track with exercise. The bands are good quality. My only wish I would make is to be able to pick the strength of bands you wish to receive instead of getting the strength you get. Everybody is at different strength levels and that would be nice to choose. I do really like the bands and they worked well for travel.

Months of use and still working great.
My wife likes to use these for her Pure Barre workouts. This has seen almost daily use for the last few months and sheโs enjoyed using them. Absolutely no complains and we would recommend using these.

The product information did not mention the strength level for each color band. As a novice to band use I did not know the importance of the color.

Iโm an older person and I find these a little difficult to use, hopefully as I use them it will become easier for me.
