This is a great supplement for living a healthy life, and great for people when they get older, as some may produce less glutathione. The liposomal glutathione is working for me. To my surprise, I actually passed a kidney stone yesterday after taking for one week, because glutathione aides in detoxifying the body. The price is very reasonable, and you get more for your money with this brand. They're 1000mg and some other brands are only 500mg, and you also get 90 capsules as compared to other brands that sell 60 per bottle for the same price or more. They're easy to swallow, no noticeable taste and no stomach upset. I will definitely be ordering again.

This complex has the ideal amounts of all the essential mushrooms you are looking for in a mushroom supplement. The big 3 - Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi, are what you want the most from, and this supplement delivers 800mg of each of them. Although it takes several months to notice any drastic improvements in cognitive function and memory, for me, I have experienced enhanced mood, faster mental/physical recovery, and better focus, in just my second month of taking this supplement. So I would imagine even greater improvements in these areas with continued supplementation of this product. Would buy again.

for over 5 years, I have been trying to ween off of my ADHD meds. After reading about the benefits of lions mane mushrooms i wanted to try them for myself. I've tried two different manufacturers and vitologylabs was one of them. The mushroom complex did have an effect, I feel like it did help my immune system and I feel like I recover faster when working out. The only negative side effect I had was they seem to alter my mood both positive and negatively. Though it may have improved brain function, I noticed i was easily angered. I experience this a few times while taking the product. I then cut down my dosage and spread it through the day which seemed to help. But overall the product was of high quality and I continue to take it and monitor my dosage.

After running out of the bottle of mushroom extract I was using from a different supplier, I decided to see what other mushroom supplement options were out there. That's when I came across this glorious product. I've been taking three pills daily for about a week now and have noticed that I have a lot more energy and stamina throughout the day. I also haven't been suffering from the brutal headaches I usually get when the weather changes. Unlike the extract, these pills don't have a nasty taste and are easy to swallow. These will become an everyday staple in my home.

Seemed to do the opposite of what it claims, it made me feel unwell. Did not have product for more than a week and it was unreturnable, perhaps I assumed it would as most products are these days. Can't remember the last time something was unreturnable to be honest. Because I would LOVE to have my money back. I do not prefer to pay for a product that does not work for me and made me sick. I will return to I'll return to using Keto BHB by Purely Optimal.

I noticed these capsules are in powdered form. I think liposomal gluitathione is supposed to be in liquid form. I received this today so I will have to try it out and see if it works. Also not sure why in the review of this product people have mentioned some other product of mushroom.

This supplement is a reasonable price for its quality and quantity. I have only been taking 1 capsule at a time (twice a day on occasion) and I definitely notice changes in both my mind and body. The reishi chills me out and puts me in a sort of zen place, the lions mane gives me focus and motivation, and the cordyceps uplift my energy levels as well as offer what feels like cardiovascular and respiratory support which makes exercise easier. The blend in these capsules and the dosage of each mushroom provided make up a very balanced and effective mix. I have yet to try 3 capsules in a day, which is the serving size, because I dont feel I need anymore than 1 or 2, but I am sure 3 is a great dose for a lot of people.
