An Amazing Deal!!!!!!!
Wow! These pannier bags from Rhinowalk are the BEST I have ever owned! From the reviews I was expecting a nice set of bags (I bought a pair of them). However, from everything I see, these bags are topnotch from top to bottom in every way! If you are looking for an excellent set of panniers, look no further! These panniers from Rhinowalk are the best I have ever owned! A couple weeks ago, I purchased a set of Rhinowalk panniers for my new bike. I love them. After receiving them and seeing the high quality of the Rhinowalk panniers, I decided to buy this set for my wife. I bought the Rhinowalk waterproof panniers for a couple different uses. My first and primary use was to commute to and from work. My wife and I live about fifteen miles from work and I knew that I wanted high quality panniers that were waterproof for our commute; just in case we got caught in the rain. We bring my MacBooks (laptop) to and from work each day and need to know that it will be dry and safe during my commute. We also wanted waterproof panniers so that we could have dry clothes to change into. Our second use for the Rhinowalk waterproof panniers was to keep my gear dry on bike campouts. We have yet to use the bags for this purpose, however, after owning them and testing them, I know they are up to the challenge! Let the adventures begin! Here is a more objective review: โข The panniers arrive very quickly! I was so surprised when the bags arrived two days after I ordered them. Thank you Rhinowalk! โข Every component of the bag is top quality! My family and I live active lifestyles: biking, hiking, camping, kayaking, waterskiing, and scuba diving to name a few. Each of these activities requires a fair amount of gear. We want to enjoy ourselves while doing all of these activities and that generally means high quality gear; this is generally very expensive! We own several waterproof bags; many of which cost well over $250 each! The Rhinowalk waterproof panniers the deal of a century! They are top quality, yet very affordable! We own many different waterproof bags; each for the different activities listed above. We bought those bags from the largest, most reputable manufactures and have been very pleased with the quality and durability of those bags. I can assure you that the Rhinowalk waterproof panniers are of top-notch quality and construction! โข The panniers are constructed out of durable waterproof material. All of the seams are sealed and waterproof. โข Roomy! The panniers have one large pocket that could either be used for large volume storage or could be segregated with dividers to carry several smaller items. As a bonus improvement over the other set of panniers I bought, these also have two mesh pockets and one zippered pocket on the inside of the bag. โข Solid construction: the straps and buckles are of superior quality. The buckles fit together perfectly and securely. โข Safety oriented: Rhinowalk has placed highly reflective material on the front and back of each pannier; these are perfectly placed to grab the attention of any vehicle that you meet or comes up behind you on the road. On the sides of each pannier is a โLight Hookโ on which you can attach lights for an amazing amount of side-visibility! Additionally the bags I bought are bright yellow for increased visibility! โข Convenient: The front of the pannier has a medium zippered pocket that is very convenient for small valuable items that you wish to quickly access! I love the shoulder strap that comes with each pannier. After you arrive at your destination, simply attach the shoulder strap and off you go on your adventures for the day! โข Waterproof: In addition to the high quality waterproof material that the panniers are constructed from, the panniers close by rolling the top of the panniers and then buckling them down. This is a tried and true closure technique use by waterproof bags the world-over! It is very reliable. I have not had the opportunity to ride in the rain with these panniers. However, before trusting my $3,000 laptop to ride in the rain, I tested each of these panniers by filling them with paper and then continually running water from my garden hose on the bag for several minutes. Not a drop of water got inside! I love these panniers! Now all we need is a couple Rhinowalk bike trunk bags and we could head off on a camping adventure!!!!

Time-teasted sturdy pannier
I've owned this pannier for four years. How has it held up? Perfectly. Nothing is coming apart, breaking, falling off, no issues with quality whatsoever. As can be seen in the pictures it's a bit dirty but that happens when riding. Apart from that it's as good as the day I received it. The volume is huge. So big I decided I do not need a second pannier. Maybe I'll get a second someday should I decide to do a multi-day tour, but for now one pannier is plenty for commuting to/from the office, errands, and up to two day trips. Pictured is my Thule 14L backpack which easily disappears into the cavernous interior of the pannier. In terms of how heavy the contents, I've never weighed a fully packed pannier but I can say it has never moved once secured. Unless you're hauling rocks or concrete you do not have to worry about anything falling off or falling out. I commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan, take day rides into New Jersey, the beaches of Long Island, or the hills along the Hudson bouncing through potholes, cracks, gravel, branches, etc. Never has the pannier moved at all no matter what was inside. Completely waterproof. Have been caught in the rain several times, or riding through a post-rain street with the tires kicking up water everywhere. Never has any moisture made it inside. Love the yellow color. When riding we need anything which stands out to vehicles saying "don't run me over!" The yellow is as high-viz as you can get...plus it kinda goes with the color of my bike. I do not think I've ever used the zipper pocket on the side. I find it unnecessary but that's a personal choice. For quick access items I use a separate small bag attached in a more easily accessible place. If you need a pannier but don't want to spend four times as much for a brand name...Ortlieb...the Rhinowalk pannier works perfectly

Durable and Waterproof. Great quality!
Update: I've had a rhinowalk waterproof bicycle pannier for over a month now and just got another one which I've had for a week. I can say it's been a very durable and practical bag. Easy to use and open. It's clips connect securely to my bicycle rack and allow for easy attachment and removal. Having two gives me storage space for over 50L of stuff. I plan to use these on an upcoming bicycle tour in the Netherlands. Overall great product and would recommend. They're at a great price too! Original review: After having the rhinowalk waterproof bicycle pannier for three days now I am enjoying it's convenience. I've been using it on my bike for going back and forth from college. It clips onto the bicycle securely and easily. It can be removed just as easily, though I have never worried that it would fall off during riding. I did have one small problem with the lever that locks the sliding clips on the top. It unlocks and allows the one clip to slide around. I have to adjust it every so often to get it to the right spot. The material is very waterproof. It seems to be very durable as well. It has two sets of buckles so that it can be rolled and closed in two different ways. One way is useful for when you have less stuff and it can be more compact, while the other way allows for more stuff to be inserted and also creates a handle you can carry it with. The size is very proportionate to an average size bicycle. I am using it on a 26" Roadster style bicycle. It includes a clip on strap that allows for ease of carrying off of the bike. It has an inside mesh pocket that zips and to smaller open top mesh pockets that you can fit a charger cable in for a laptop or a small notebook and pens. For some reason the manufacturer has chosen to put reflective material on this pouch inside the bag. Maybe it is for ease of finding the pouch when it is dark (?). On the outside of the bag are reflective strips on each side of the bag so they can be seen if the bag is placed on the left or right side of the bicycle. There's a waterproof zippered pocket on the outside that is big enough for a large notebook, a book, and still room to spare. The stitching on the bag seems to be very well done. No loose threads. Also, the straps are folded over on the end so that the buckles can't slide off, like some cheap bags have. The bottom of the bag looks to be durable and wear resistant. Cons: -clip moves sometimes without meaning too. -opening style can be a bit difficult to get in and out of if you need frequent access. Pros: -attractive bag -very waterproof and durable -strap makes it easy to carry over the shoulder. -pockets allow for some organisation. -buckles are thick plastic

Holds up so far
I got this pannier for commuting to work. It's not a long ride, so I haven't noticed it any balance differences. I just have to make sure my tires are at the right pressure so I'm not slower overall. I chose the yellow color for visibility, but I wish there were more reflectors on the bag rather than just on the side. The outside material of the bag has held up well (just make sure you get the correct bike rack so the pannier is secured correctly) and it seems to be waterproof. I have not been in a heavy enough rainstorm to test whether or not the outside pocket and the zipper are actually waterproof, but I keep it in mind and don't keep anything that can't get wet in there. Speaking of the outside pocket, it's a little hard to get things in and out of it because of the texture of the material, especially if the bag is full. The closures work fine. The strap material does seem a little flimsy, but it has held up so far with a moderately heavy bag. I do wish the strap wasn't as long because carrying the bag on my shoulder is not comfortable -- the parts of the bag that connect to the bike rack hit my hip and legs at awkward angles and make it harder to walk. I will probably sew the strap to make it shorter. The gray part of the plastic rack hooks popped off after about a month of use and I haven't attempted to put them back on yet. The hooks seem to function fine without them so it is not my top priority to fix it. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase, especially for the price. It is a good starter bag, especially for people like me who weren't sure how their rides would change with the extra weight on the rear wheel. It's easier (and less sweaty) than riding with a backpack, so it meets my needs.

Good but doubt how long it will last.
This bag was purchased for e-bike commuting. Itโs a really attractive bag and easy to use. The clothes pin style hooks are great and the bottom pin is adjustable. However, the components are all plastic and the material is very thin that I make sure my laptop is cushioned when I bring it to work. I wish bag manufacturers included a weight limit so I donโt have to worry if my laptop will drop out of the bottom while crossing a train track. The bag construction is seamless and reinforced with waterproofing so I am confident it will keep everything dry.

Yes, it really is waterproof, and looks like it is going to stay that way. Fits rack securely.
I got this bag to carry stuff around town on my Priority 600X bike. The rack is an Axiom Streamliner DLX made with 10mm diameter tubing. I was concerned about whether the bag would be truly waterproof as I often carry my laptop when I'm out on the bike and I ride in all sorts of weather. I went for a long ride in pouring rain to test it and it proved to be completely watertight! The seams aren't taped, they are welded, so they should stay sealed forever. The zip pocket on the side is also rainproof and is a good place to put stuff you might want to grab quickly without taking the bag off the bike. This bag can carry a LOT of stuff like groceries if you leave the top open. The clips that hold the bag on the rack appear to be very rugged, and spacing can be adjusted to closely fit the rack. The two top clips release when you lift the bag by one of the two top straps. The bottom clip is also adjustable to fit the rack and helps stabilize the bag. That clip slides on and off the rack when you are placing and removing the bag. Very nice! My only minor complaint is that some of the straps seem to be a little longer than necessary and might tend to slap the spokes if the bag isn't fully loaded.

Solid bag for biking to work
The Rhinowalk Bike Bag is a solid bag that should hold up to years of use. I chose yellow to be more visible on the road. After a week of daily rides to/from work the bags still look brand new. The material is thick and waterproof and practically impossible to tear, rip or puncture. There's no Velcro on the bag, which is a plus, so that bike clothes don't get pricked by it. The straps are plenty long, in fact maybe a bit too long when the bag isn't stuffed to capacity. Speaking of capacity, there's more than enough room to fit a laptop and accessories, change of clothes, shoes, belt, and lunch in two bags. I could probably fit all of that in one bag, but I wanted the load to be balanced on the bike. The bag fits well on the Ibera Bike Rack (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DWKUAZK) and with the way the lower bracket attaches I would think it would fit on any rack. One thing that's impressive about the bag (somehow I missed this in the online description) is there's a strap that, when pulled, allows the spring-loaded attachment clips to disengage the bag from the bike rack easily and quickly. One of the bags I received had a small manufacturer defect where the internal laptop sleeve zipper can't fully open. After reaching out to the manufacturer they quickly replied that they would ship out a replacement. I will post an update once the replacement arrives. Overall, this is a very good bike bag for daily commutes where the weather may be unpredictable.

Love these Panniers. Very rugged, large capacity. Haven't tested but appear to be very waterproof. Can't go wrong with Rhinowalk. Bought two. Have their Frame bag as well.
