Perfect for what we needed

Amazing helmets
These are amazing for little wild boys like mine (3&5yo). They are able to put them on themselves thanks to the adjustable frame. Effectiveness has been tested and approved when my 5yo came zooming down the drive and crashed straight into the gate. Only a scratch on the front of his helmet to show what could have been a visit to the emergency room. Purchased the next size up already for when they outgrow these.

Good helmet
A good helmet at a decent price. Plenty of adjustment available, as well as thick & thin options for internal padding. Our two year old's head fitted (just) on the smallest setting and largest pads. Where they then grew we could easily adjust. I'd say it would be too big for a sub-2yr old.
