Terrible adhesive, causes severe body rashes, no pain relief
Terrible product, barely has any pain-reduction property, cheapest of the cheap materials used for manufacturing it, the adhesive is of such a low quality that it peels off the skin, practically; causes severe skin rashes. Never recommending it to anyone. Absolutely wasted my money.

Painful to remove
Not sure if it helps at all as I stuck two plasters at the same time and they felt okay. But when you go to remove them be very careful. They’re stuck to you like super glue even a few days later. Painful to remove and don’t even bother putting it in if you’re hairy. I had to have a friend remove the second one with lots of oil and it took half an hour! Not my idea of a pain relief plaster at all.
