Great for bloating.
Great supplement. Whenever I run out & don’t take it for awhile I truly can tell the difference. It is great no matter if you workout for hours or just want it as a water pill. It helps with bloating but make sure to drink water throughout the day.

Not as aggressive Losartan, so I'm not having to go all the time, but I'm not retaining as much water.

Reduces water weight
This product always works well for me. I drink a lot of water with it and I'm in the bathroom literally every 5 minutes. It works too well. I mainly use it on menstrual week when I'm bloated and retaining water. It really helps.

Works great. The first few days were the most noticeable. Many trips to the restroom, and up 3 times in the middle of the night - so take early. Affects everyone a little differently.
