Cuisinart multi-clad pans are difficult to find. I have one sauce pan in this range that is slightly larger, so I was pleased to find this size. I use it every day. It’s the perfect size and weight for warming soup or steaming vegetables. I prefer a stainless steel surface to Teflon. It’s easy to clean with a stainless steel scouring pads. Exceptional quality, even heat distribution, great value for money.

Very heavy. Too heavy. For safety, I would recommend purchasing a pan with a second handle. Our pan purchased a few years ago, is to be retired for garden use only, as I prioritise comfort and safety.

This saucepan is heavy, well made and easy to use. A nice size and useful, easy to clean and it looks good.

I purchased both the Cuisinart 722-24 Chef’s Classic Stainless 10-inch Open Skillet and the Cuisinart MultiClad Pro Stainless Steel 1.5-Quart Saucepan with Cover at the same time. After only a few washes, both developed a copper-coloured appearance on the inner cooking surface. This is definitely not burnt food residue or an ordinary stain. It looks as though an underlying layer is becoming visible. I have used other stainless steel frying pans and saucepans for more than five years, and none of them have shown this kind of surface deterioration. I am disappointed with the quality and durability, especially considering how little these items have been used. I would like Cuisinart to explain whether this is a manufacturing defect and whether the cookware is still safe to use.

Bought the 4qt pot 4 years ago (2020). The metal connecting the handle to the pot cracked above 1 rivet. I bought a whole set in 2012 and all those pots are going strong - the rivet tailings on the 2012 pots had a wider diameter than the 2020 pot.
