My employer has us working in the office again and I'm regularly on calls for meetings. We wear headsets so we don't disturb those sitting in nearby cubicles. My employer provided 2 different headset options but the sound and noise cancelation was awful on both so I returned them and decided to buy my own. I purchased Wantek and one other brand. While I kept them both in order to have a backup, Wantek had better performance so that's the one I regularly use. It's been months now and it works great. It's 100 times better than the expensive ones my employer supplied.

I bought one to use while waiting for a more expensive better known product. Zero expectations. It came very quickly & I was impressed by the sound quality, quality of the microphone, and how light and comfortable it is. When the headset I ordered earlier finally arrived, I found the sound quality inferior & those I spoke with both by phone and video conference complained I was hard to hear. I bought a second and it is equal in performance to the first. I have no idea whether the claimed noise cancellation works as I am working in an environment with no noise issues. That's why I gave this aspect only three stars.

Comfortable for Long Hours, but Not Perfect This headset has a lot going for it, especially if you spend much of the day on calls. The fit is lightweight and the single-ear design works well for staying aware of what’s happening around you while still keeping the call clear. The noise-canceling mic does a respectable job of cutting out background distractions, and callers told me they could hear me without issue. I also like that the in-line controls are simple and responsive, making it easy to mute or adjust volume on the fly. Where it falls a bit short is in build feel and audio richness. While comfortable, the materials feel a bit on the budget side, and I wouldn’t expect them to last years of heavy use. The sound is clear enough for voice calls, but don’t expect deep tones or music-listening quality—this is very much a business headset, not a multipurpose one. Bottom line: If you want an affordable, lightweight headset that’s easy on the ears during long workdays and keeps your voice clear, this one does the job. Just keep expectations realistic on long-term durability and sound quality beyond calls.

I work from home, and I have gaming headsets. While I don’t mind those headsets, they’re not always the best to do what I do when speaking to customers and clients. This is why this particular headset really stands out – it gives you the feeling of having something to communicate with, but not a heavy laborious object attached to your skull. In fact, as the day goes on it stays extremely light. The sound quality, is excellent and the microphone picks up my voice extremely well. I consider this not only a great purchase for the price, but knowing the cost of headsets in this realm it’s almost a steal.

I do a lot of Zoom meetings, and got tired of not hearing people well and not being heard well with the computer speaker. This solves all the problems and the quality is just fine. I know some people will balk because these aren't Bluetooth but to me it actually makes them easier to use and I'm always in front of my computer when I'm using them anyway. So I can listen to a meeting and if the audio from speakers isn't great just plug them in and they work instantly, there's no delay and no needing to jump into the computer's settings etc. Same with disconnection. I've had these more than a month and throw them into my computer backpack every day and they are holding up just fine. I also prefer the minimalist "one ear" design to something bulkier. The volume control thing is nice to have but I usually just use the keyboard anyway.

This headset works great and I really liked it until it broke. After 2 months of daily use, the cord shorted out somewhere and I cannot use it any more. Everything is cutting in and out now and the cord has to be held in a certain position for it to work. I do take the headset on and off throughout the workday and I guess something pulled and damaging the connection and now it is not useable. The cord is quite long and the part with the volume and speaker control occasionally would get caught on my desk. Too fragile for me. I will be looking for a replacement elsewhere.

I love this headset! I work in a call center and work 12hr shifts. This headset is very lightweight and the ear pads are very comfortable. When I take the headset off at the end of my shift, my ears don’t have any residual pain from wearing them all day. HUGE plus! The mic “arm” is long enough to be close to my mouth. The mic “arm” is also very bendable, so if I need a quick drink or something I can just bend it away from my mouth. It’s so easy to use. Halfway down the cord is where the remote is connected. The remote control has volume +/ - buttons along with a mute button for the mic, and a mute button for the headset itself. This headset comes with a 1 year warranty (very easy to set up). The customer service is awesome. I mentioned having to buy a second one because my first one stopped working after a few months and they sent me a third headset at no cost! I never had to return the original. They also emailed me to ensure that I was happy with everything. You get so much for an awesome price. Buy it!!

I used this item to work from home. Sound quality is great. The fit was a little off considering I kept having to move the mic away from my mouth. I kept hitting it with my lips when I talk. I’ve had people complain they couldn’t hear me when I adjusted the ear piece to keep the mic off my lips. You just have to deal with it or they can’t hear you. Super annoying. It still works great. I Recommend gaming headphones. That’s what I ended up getting.

Bought fpr office calls. So far works well. I do find it shaped a bit odd, kinda oval horizontally vs vertically and it's tight on my head a but. Hopefully it will loosen up with use. The sound is great so far.

Hello, yes the headset works really well.I ordered the USB by mistake first and Wantek was able to rectify that and send me the correct headset which was the 2.5mm for smart phones with the attaching 3.5mm. The volume is well, the ear cushion is cozy and can be removed and replaced with others, the best thing about the headset is that it is so reversible it can switch and maneuver to be able to rest on opposite ear. It is convenient so I can be hands free and still work at the same time.

I have an iMac that I use for recording virtual classes and also my work laptop that I use this for and in both cases, it was recognized right away by both devices and the sound quality on the head phones and microphone is excellent. It has a foam end on the mic that reduces noise and must say I am very pleased with this. For the cost of this, it is an excellent value, is easy to wear and seems to be well made and with care will last a long time. I would purchase this again.

They aren't great at anything in particular, other than the mute/volume controls are decent i guess for the price. They dont fit very well, kind of awkward and tight on your head. Not comfortable for all day use. That being said the sound/mic quality isnt terrible but i wouldnt recommend for regular use... spend a little more and get something that will be more comfortable and long lasting.

I've got full ear closed headphones and studio quality cans as well but this works great for Zoom/Teams video chats and most circumstances when you only want single ear speaker. Simple device that works well at a good price. I would buy again.
