Size small was impossible to get on. I tried size medium and it worked. So size up if you don’t want to dislocate your shoulder pulling it on. I’m 115 lbs. The compression and part above my waist going up to bra line helped smooth out my waist under a dress, so I don’t have panty digging into my waist creating a bump. I’m picky about undergarments that create unsightly bulges where they don’t really exist, so I guess this compression panty/contraption does the job mostly. Made a slight squeezey bulge under my arms, but not too bad and can’t be seen with the form-fitting summer dress I’m going to wear this with. I hope to use it for some other outfits in the future. Once on it was comfortable. I’m just amazed I could pull the darn thing on. Great design with a large space for using the toilet (at least for #1). Excellent customer service from seller and fast shipping. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Post lower body lift compression *by on Reviewed in the United States August 29, 2026* After a lower body lift (360 tummy tuck) a couple weeks, after losing 165lbs, one of my friends went out and found this for me because the shapewear I had bought was too tight and complicated when I went to put it on the day after surgery. I was too swollen and in too much pain to wear anything complicated. She got me a 2xl. I wore that for a couple days with an abdominal binder. Then I got a size large and I’ve been washing them every day wearing the 2xl at night and Large during the day. So happy to be finally awake enough to realize I need more. I just ordered more in size medium (there was a coupon for $5 off each so what a great deal). Size large fits well but I think I’d like a little more compression. The size chart measurement have me in a size medium.Sizing: I wore a loose size 8 (small-medium) before surgery. I haven’t bought any size 6 clothing but I’d guess I would have fit in a loose 6 before surgery. I’m 5’8” 155lbs…well closer to 170 with the swelling of surgery! I’m expecting to land somewhere around 145 lbs and wear a size 6. My surgeon says these are perfect to help control the swelling I’ll have for many months!I used the pee flap (or whatever it’s really called)….pretty easy to use and keep dry. Comfortable against my skin when not opened up for bathroom use.Comfortable enough to wear all day. I’m pretty sure I’ll get tired of them eventually. Great price for great compression.Just got my mediums in the mail. Tough to get on but once it’s on they hold everything in so well. I’m wearing them to keep the swelling down after surgery but man they smooth everything out so well! Love them.Added a pic of a hole I have in a pair that I’ve only had for one week.
