Get it while you can
It's hard to find potassium supplements above 100-300mg (mainly tablets) , which equates to 3-9% DV. For some strange reason, we are told these limits are for our safety. Yet we're not limited to anything else. Even too much salt or even oxygen, will be toxic. The prior dosages are useless if you are deficient in potassium, which most of us are.. Be aware that an adult needs 3,500mg daily. We get some from food, but never enough, so we supplement. This package is fantastic. You can measure what you need & add it to your hydration drink. (Pink salt, magnesium etc.) It's an essential electrolyte needed for optimum heart & nerve health. I used to get my powder from Germany, but since BREXIT no can do at any cost.. This stuff is great. It's potassium, so it will taste like Dung Beatle food!! To be expected..

I needed This
I have found, by buying this, that I was so short of potassium. However, too much at any time could be dangerous, so have followed the directions accurately. 1-2 quarter teaspoons per day. First thing I noticed was that my skin improved within 2 days. I got more energy for walking and my eyesight started to improve, it got clearer and sharper. After six weeks some of these problems returned slightly but I realise I cannot do without potassium. Have now tried lo-salt. This is two thirds potassium chloride. But you get the sodium salt too! I use both now according to how I feel but mostly this citrate. Be aware the taste is very difficult on your stomach so have something to soften it. I use cold coffee or Feroglobin. Since I have taken it I have had no palpitations!

A Great Source of Potassium for Post-Workout Recovery
The powder is easy to mix into water or juice, and it is free from gels and fillers making it a pure and potent source of potassium. Plus, it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I'm very happy with this product and plan to continue using it as part of my post-workout recovery routine.

I would buy again
It seems to be a good product. It got decent reviews from sports people, which is why I bought it. I'm feeling more rested when I sleep.

Easy pack of Potassium Citrate
It's exactly what it says on the tin. The granules are a bit coarse and can form clumps, but it's easily broken up by "massaging" the bag or lighly pounding it with your hand. Disolves easily. Of course this is unfavoured, and solved in water has a bit of an aquired taste (strangely metallic). I add a few splashed of lemon juice to help it down the hatch.

Great for cramp and rehydrating
If you get cramp then this really helps. I take potassium citrate, magnesium citrate and calcium citrate together with a pinch of Himalayan salt. Depending on the brand it is usually 1/4 teaspoon of each 2-3 times a day. You don’t have to take it all the time I just take it when I have been sweating a lot or feeling run down. I much prefer the citrates over gluconate although citrate is slightly more expensive, gluconate can wreak havoc in your intestines leading to a lot of gas. Not a good evening for you or those around you. There is basically no taste so add some fruit flavouring to make it more interesting but perfectly fine without. 500g at 1/2 a teaspoon per day means this pack lasts well. Quick tip, if you are heading to the beach, driving a few hours or any strenuous activity, make up a litre of this and drink it slowly throughout. You will not regret.

Easy to dissolve
This did the trick. I wasn’t well for a while and was advised to get some of this in my system. This was very easily dissolved in anything and everything with no taste or aftertaste.
