best brand I’ve tried
Best ones I’ve used for training and Hyrox comps. Don’t churn my stomach - I’ve tried so many brands and these are the best by far

Love those but watch out for the caffeine
Those are great gels, easy on the stomach, taste good and because they are so liquid you don't really need to drink after it (although I usually do). This one may not be a good gel for long races like marathons or ultras as you'd need quite a few of them, and because each has 100mg of caffeine, you can probably have 2-3 throughout the race. So, it is best to mix them with some other gels.

Too expensive. But otherwise the best such product I am aware of. Easy on the stomach, reasonable amount, user-friendly packaging, taste alright.

De un tamaño un poco más grande de otras marcas, no se hace excesivo.
