This is a great product for me. I have been using Green Caps for a year now and looking at my weight, diet, and blood work, I know these help. 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon is all you need.

This is the best way for me to get kale in my diet. I don't like the taste of kale and this is easy way to get it into my diet. Too soon to tell if it is benefiting me.
