In all fairness, the TV is hooked up to a FireCube and its voice controlled, for the most part. I will also say that this remote now encased in a silicone skin was dropped atleast once a week if not more. The remote hasn't been dropped in nearly a month since I put on the remote skin. Not sure if it has anything to do with the blue skin I chosen and the remote is now visible and not flung off the bed or that it doesn't slide off the shelf since the silicone protector isn't as smooth as the remote.
