Good quality product!
I usually get my Teff Flour from another company. but they haven't had stock for quite a few months. I found this on Amazon, and decided to give them a try. I bake bread with it and they turned out well, Good quality, and reasonable price. I would definitely buy it again.

I ordered this product as it was in a recipe I wanted to try. Totally suprised by the taste as I had no idea what I was ordering. The cake turned out amazing, moist and tasty and it felt healthy!

Teff flour is a fantastic gluten free flour that is not that well known, but is delicious.

Excellent for making Injera
Have only used it for making Injera so far. Has a different flavour to wheat, which takes a bit of getting used to, but is very nice.

People not to trust packages written.
I don’t like this product and I regret I bought 3 pics first It’s expensive than other markets second Thing it is a poor quality so it’s not as I expect. When I so the packages I thought it going to be good product good quality but it’s not at all as I see .its quite hard to separate you can see it on the picture how it look like .

Ma è teff!? Il pacchetto amazon era apero il contrnuto integro per fortuna credo dipenda proprio da Amazon. Aspetto del contenuto è quello della crusca tostata e macinata, anche il gusto è uguale alla crusca mista a pula tostata , la macinatura è grossolana non sembra fatta con un mulino professionale ma con un macina caffè casalingo.
