Senior 11+ Small & Mini Dry Dog Food, Chicken, Brown Rice, & Barley, 4.5 lb. Bag

I have been feeding this to my 15 year old dog for about 5 years now. She is an 8lb maltese and is very picky about food. This kibble is small in size so she is able to eat it easily. It also has decent ingredients and I feel like it is a healthy dog food at a good value.

Our older 12 year old chihuahua likes this food and brand. Small pieces help with the little teeth she does have left. Easy to swallow if your pup Maybe has no teeth left. The resealable pouch is convenient. The bag is made of quality material.

So far so good!! It’s been hell trying to find a food my almost 16 yr old dog will eat. She wouldn’t eat dog food for her size, about 30lbs, but would eat the cat’s food which didn’t end well. FINALLY found this small kibble food and she has been eating it like a champ!! So far, she’s had good poos and seems happy!

Hill’s Science Diet Senior Adult 11+ is an excellent choice for aging companions, offering premium nutrition at a fair price. The kibble is specifically tailored to be good for smaller dogs, with a "nibble size" shape that is easy for tiny mouths to chew and digest. Most importantly, my dog loves it, making it a reliable option for pickier senior eaters who need the extra support for their heart, kidneys, and joints during their golden years.

High quality food, but -1 star for the ridiculous price. I'm paying 2x the price for 1/2 as much food relative to Purina senior dog food and other mid-tier brands and there's no way the raw ingredients are 2x as expensive. Definitely not something most people can do. This is so expensive for how much I need to feed 2 dogs per month that I'll still have to supplement with cheaper food. Hills is still cheaper than Blue Buffalo, so that's something.

I have a 14 year old shihpoo that is VERY picky about eating food. In his old age he has also had several teeth removed so chewing can be a challenge if the food is too big. I noticed this brand being stocked up at my vet so I decided to give it a shot. Brody absolutely loves it. The kibble is nice and small, and luckily not too hard that it challenges his chewing. He's BMs are regular, and he has maintained his appetite and energy so far on this brand food. Give it a shot!

Good quality. My dogs coat is fuller and she isn't as gassy and she isn't licking dirt as often. She seems to prefer it to her canned dog food. It costs more then I would like to pay but the improvement in my dog is worth it.

This is the best dog food for my 11.5 yer old pug. She eats it all. It is the right size kibble for her. There are plenty of servings for her per bag. I keep it in a dog food container so it stays fresh. It giver her the nutrients she needs at such advanced age.

About two years ago, my minature poodle (around 14 at the time) was struggling to move and would yelp at any time he would get out of bed or do any type of simple movement. It was very depressing to see, and it seemed as if the end of his life was near, and we would have to bring him to a vet to discuss whether we would have to put him down. We decided to change his food from a cheaper brand to this food. We were worried as he is very picky with some dog food and would sometimes not eat if it wasn't the exact brand he liked, but he eats this food with no problem! I was impressed to see a dog food brand for dogs 11+, as I usually see most only for 8+. When we tried this food, he started moving around more, and now he seems to have full mobility. I cant thank this dog food brand enough; they really brought my puppy back to life. He is now 16, and even when he falls over (he is very clumsy), there are no yelps, and he is doing very amazing for his age!

I've tried different brands and types of dry food for my dog, but this one is still the best. They are small enough for him to comfortably chew on and he loves gobbling them up.
