    Good Seat However!!!!

The seat is good, however when i was putting this together and doing the back plate the screws would not go through as there were no holes, so i asked the seller if there should have been holes, am stilwaiting for an answer some months later, all the said was send it back, why i asked and said i just need to know if there should have been holes simple, still no answer,  so i took it upon myself to drill holes, lucky i have the tools at hand, but what if i didnt, so before i drilled the holes i put it together to see what like, very undsteady but after holes were drilled much much better, so am thinking there should have been holes, it is a good seat and nice to look at so if you can drill holes or if the company decide to drill the holes then worth getting, poor show from the seller not answering the question

THE PROBLEM I HAD WITHH THIS SEAT IS THAT IT WOULD BE STRAIGHT FORWARD TO ASSEMBLE IF THE BOLTS FOR THE CAST IRON BACK REST WERE SHORTER .THEY GO INTO WELDED CAPTIVE NUTS AND HAVE TO BE SHORTEND. I ORDERD ONE BENCH AND RECIEVED TWO ,SENT IT BACK WITH THE CARRIER BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CREDIT

I found this easy to assemble. Once all the bolts are tightened it is very sturdy and will take two 18 stone adults with bags of spare room. Powder coated so should weather well. Best bit is the price! Super value. Seen similar items in local garden centre at more than twice the price!
