Gluten Free Meister Japanese Miso Ramen 6pk (Vegan)

I Love Gluten Free Meister’s gluten free noodles so I was excited to try this soup with the flavor packet. First impression was that I thought it was strange to cook the noodles and then add the flavor once they finished cooking, but once I added the sauce I realized why- It was a thick paste and probably wouldn’t allow the noodles to cook properly if it was added at the same time as them. The sauce is a rich and flavorful soy base with reminders of soy sauce but much more depth. The noodles have an amazing texture that for a brief moment made me stop and second guess if I was in fact eating gluten free - phew, yes it’s written large across the package. They are delicious and much more interesting than rice noodles. If you are gluten free, like myself, then you often find rice noodles are your main option for Asian dishes and that can get boring. I might try adding an egg in the future, crack it in at the end once the noodles are done and stir quickly then add sauce, or vice versa. Flavor could be better, but that's not why I buy ramen NOODLES. I use different seasoning than what comes in the pouch.

It is a pretty good taste. Noodles are too starchy so when it time to boil them use bigger pot with a lot of water and boil water to secondary pot for soup pouches. Package said after boiled noodles adds soup pouch. It’s too starchy for me. This way you will really enjoy the soup and noodle.

Our teen loves this ramen. She has Celiac Disease and ramen is one of the things she missed the most. This is by far her favorite ramen and she's tried so many. A little pricey, but amazing. So grateful for this product.

It's a great serving size, but I don't like the noodles. Call me picky, but I like regular rice noodles. I prefer noodles that can cook just sitting when you add water from a tea kettle. I tried that method, and stove top. ( I was excited) I just don't like these noodles. This seems like it was trying to imitate wheat? That's my best description, I'm not blaming. For the price, I should like the noodles, and the broth. I'm going to use the broth for something else. The broth is very good. Two people are full each eating one package. The ingredient : flavoring Could be more specific.

I originally ordered this because I’ve been eating gluten-free to heal my stomach and help with general inflammation. As everyone knows, recent times haven’t been easy on the mind or the stomach. I was sitting outside having my usual mid-afternoon emotional breakdown, pondering such thoughts as “How do caterpillars emotionally deal with transforming into a butterfly alone? Do they just accept their fate? Do they panic?” And then the doorbell rang, and my gluten-free ramen arrived. I cooked it according to the package directions-possibly overcooking it a bit as I stared blankly into the steamy void. As I took my first bite, I was transported to a place where the Handmaid’s Tale was less of a dooming reality, and caterpillars had cocoon therapists. For now, my eyes are dry and my belly is full. 10/10 would recommend
