no handle = all the warmth
Love it! Perfect for my green tea that i brew in my teapot first. Might order more from this brand. I love the designs! The cup isn’t really meant to just pour boiling water into though. You totally can because the cup is very thick/heavy, you just gotta wait for it to cool since it doesn’t have a handle. But I pour the water from my kettle into a glass measuring cup or my teapot for brewing, then into my teacup, and it’s fine to hold it then. Cooling the water first is preferable for certain varieties of tea anyway to ensure best taste and no bitterness. It’s very comforting being able to wrap both hands around it and feel the warmth. It helps when my fingers get sore from computer work/drawing.
