Bought it for his Halloween costume. It didn't help either that my son wears glasses. Definitely recommend adult size for 10+ year olds. I cut the eyes and nostrils because its hard to see and breathe with the mask on. I hot glued a black see through fabric on the inside and painted over the black lines. The two major issues are as follows:1- THE HORRIBLE SMELL! Seriously was caustic and wreaked of chemilcal smell. So bad I washed it multiple times in scented soapy water. Nope. Still smells. You could smell it through the package before we opened it.
