These gates work well for our intended purpose. Our mini schnauzer is 9 years old, so this works to barricade him from the bedrooms, but would probably not hinder a larger, more youthful dog. While he would not be able to jump over them, they can definitely be crawled under, even if hung at floor level. The installation was easy enough, but did require two people unless you are very patient! They are not adjustable once installed, as the application is a peel and stick or screw in hook, however, purchasing additional 3M double sided tape would work sufficiently. I would not recommend this product for a puppy or a hyper dog, but for an elderly or semi-trained dog, it works well. The price for me was the selling point. I needed a way to barricade the bedrooms in a camper, but still allow air flow.

Not worth your time and money. The actual net is so light and flimsy and cheaply made you could easily rig up something better yourself. It was easy to install but the net was ripped and useless within 10 minutes. My old lazy dog didn’t even try very hard. Would be dangerous with a dog whose more determined than she is. I also doubt they’re 40” wide, because they almost didn’t fully cover my door.

Took my dog 2 days to figure out she could paw the bottom elastic loop off of its hook. She doesn't destroy things, and a very short simple wooden baby gate just leaning against a doorway is enough for her to stay self contained alone all day. But bought two of these mesh gates to put vertically in 2 doorways from floor to over waist-high for a more long-term option that she wouldn't be able to jump or push over if she wanted. Not sure why but once she figured out the loop would come off it was over. But my BIGGEST beef with this is the adhesive hooks!! They don't have any kind of pull-tab to the super strong adhesive on the back, AKA no way to easily/ safely remove them once they're on, SO IT DAMAGED MY WALLS AND TOOK OFF PAINT when I very gently tried to pull them up. Very poor design. The gates themselves are a great idea and seem well made, but I HIGHLY recommend using some other adhesive hooks that come with the pull-tabs like Command strips or such.

I wouldn't recommend it. It's flimsy and the sticker hooks provided to use on the wall for permanent use. When I used it and then try to readjust it to another place in the wall, it peeled off the paint and sheetrock when I tried to take it off. I'll still use it but I probably just use some push 📌 pins now. I wouldn't buy it again. I did order another one that's longer because of the entryway into the room. It hasn't arrived yet and I'm hoping that it's not the same as this one as far as the wall stickers because if you're not sure where to put it on the wall.....then if you pull it off to move it to another location, It's going to take the paint on the wall and if it's on a sheetrock, you'll see the sheetrock when removing it's putting another place. I like to send it back but I'm just going to keep it and use the push pins.

It works for what I got it for, to completely block off my older cat's bunk in our RV from the 9 week old kitten, who is all claws and teeth. It looks nice, air flow is perfect. Kitten can still climb this though, fortunately it's a win for us because his kitty bunk is on top so he uses it to climb up there without entering my older cat's "room". It is the perfect size and fit. The hooks without using the screw are not very sturdy, you must use the screws for this to be functional.

Would not recommend I did have to get the 35 in because I have 32 in doorways so I should have known better but they look ridiculous because they just attach with 4 sticky hooks but also can’t be placed close to the floor. Very disappointed. Also when I ordered they did say next day delivery so I would even be okay obviously with 2 day and it took 4 then to be this disappointed makes the wait worse. Not worth the money I should have known

Great value for your money! Looks nice, very functional and it works keeping our small dog from going upstairs. It’s very easy to open & close. I was able to install it in minutes! Very happy I found it on Amazon & at such a great price. It might not work as well on very active dogs but it was exactly what we needed to stop our new rescue dog from going upstairs. She is a little timid but if we weren’t watching her every minute she’d sneak upstairs & end up going to the bathroom upstairs & we wouldn’t know it until later. But our two cats who live upstairs just go underneath it coming down & going up. So it is working great for us to keep the dog from going upstairs.
