This is higher than I expected but a pleasant surprise. That being said, the sizing is very accurate. I usually wear a 6.5 in open toe and 7 in closed toe. I ordered a 7. If anything, a half size larger might have been better but the 7 is comfortable. Only problem is with the 3 inch heel, your foot will have a tendency to slide to the toe of the shoe which might make the shoe feel slightly short. If you are a 7 and sometimes a 7.5, definitely go with the 7.5.
