This is definitely a family favorite. Humorous, while teaching children about metamorphosis.

Love this book!!! Used it with my class lesson on pollinators!! It was a hit with my students!!

My daughter and I take turns picking out her bedtime books and it's deflating when she picks something that is painfully dull to read (I'm talking to you Pete the Cat). I read it to her anyway and put my all into the voices because I love her, but I won't lie... it kills me a little more each time I have to read them. But when she picks a book I love, like this book, I do a little happy dance (in my mind). Educational and hilarious. Not to mention colorful, which only adds to the joy. Get. This. Book. (and the sequels)

I used this book along with our Painted Lady Butterfly life cycle study. This book is hilarious and the children in my classroom loved it! A real winner for the preschool and elementary age child! A must have for the classroom!

Cute, fun book to help the Littles understand patience.

I spent the better part of 3 years ago reading this book over and over again to a student. So, when the Author visited our school earlier in the school year I had to make sure I ordered enough copies to get them Autographed for the Grand Nieces and Nephews (one per family), Merry Christmas if their parents stumble upon this review. I do really love this book.

My students loved the book! Lots of laughs!

Bought it as a gift. Love this book, such a great book for kids, it is one of my favourite authors. The book did come with a rip on the front, contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement right away!!
