Maybe I didn't have enough dead skin. Also, the bootees didn't open, so I had to cut them along the top edge, very tricky as they are soft and bendy, and slither around when you handle them. And removing the little tab in order to seal the bootees round your ankles is really tricky.The smell is quite nice but you can't do much while you're wearing the bootees or you're liable to slip over, so be prepared to sit around for 60-90 minutes. And be careful if you get the gel stuff on your hands - wash them straight away or the skin on your hands will get dry and start to split.All in all, probably not an experience I'll do again.
