is this 100% stainless steel?

As the discription says, only the wires are stainless steel. The epoxy coating on the rest of the device seems to be durable and heavy enough that rust shouldn't be a problem.

What are the dimensions of this product?

it is about 7 in long. opens to about 3 in. It fits all sized eggs including jumbo with no problem. I like it because it is metal and the wire is solid. Although i have to hand open it now after all these years its a very sturdy product. I would recommend and purchase again if needed.
