Kohler K-3978-0 Wellworth Elongated 1.6 gpf Toilet, White, Seat Not Included

This toilet looks great, and works great. Nice wide bowl that provides a powerful flush every time - never a need for a follow-up. The seat height could be a little bigger, so it might not be the best fit for older adults, or those with mobility issues.

If you can have a favorite toilet, this one is mine. I love the look and "lines" of it for starters. I dislike the styles that are too boxy or that look like pot-bellied stoves. My whole house has these now - some standard height, some comfort height. They have different names for them. This Wellworth is the standard height (lower toilet). It also arrived with no shipping issues. The price on amazon beat out Lowe's and other local suppliers by over $100! I found that shocking. It did not come with the wax ring.

Glad to finally have a low water toilet and a fresh new bowl with no hard water stains to fight. First water bill also showed a drop in the monthly charge.

This is a powerful flush??? If you get clogs, this does not solve the problem. My family has clogged this thing three times in three days. Should have paid more for a pressure flush. This is false advertising. Do not buy this toilet.

No where in the description does it say that it doesn't come with an actual seat though all the pictures included clearly show a seat. Also the description says that it's a 1.6 gallon flush, but upon further digging on Kohler's actual site it shows that this model is a 1.28 gallon flush. We are just now getting it installed so we don't have any experience with using it or cleaning it so we'll update this review in a few weeks. Until then this is only getting 3 stars. It looks fine and is a nice low height which is what we were going for. Now we have to go out and get a seat to be able to use it!

Great chronic and a great price. We tried to buy one at Lowe's and they only sold flushmate units. Those are pieces of junk. They flush aggressively but they overflow the pipe. At three plumbers try to install them they don't work. These here work great. They have large passageways and they won't clog.

I was really surprised at how well this works. It does.
