I was sold on the looks of it right away. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the first one I got was defective. The chair would sink when I got on, and rise when I got off. But I notified the company, and they sent a replacement, which works fine. If you notify the company, they will make it right. I am now very satisfied with this chair! ### ⭐⭐ Very Disappointed *by Y***G on Reviewed in the United States on April 20, 2020* I love the look and feel of this chair. BUT, after using it for less than two months, the hydraulic function no longer works, thus, the chair is constantly sliding down, while I’m sitting in it. I am not that heavy, either. I spoke with a representative, who asked me to send him a video to show what was happening, so that they can determine the issue and send replacement. I sent the video, the same day (April 20), and a follow-up email (May 5), but have still not heard from them. Today is May 16, nearly one month later, and this is still unresolved.
