This mascara is grear actuallya! Adds a lot of length and volume. It makes my eyelashes separate in a way I like. I just wish the applicator was curves for applying to lashes.

Love this easy go to! I love that it has a good shelf life for when I buy multiple on deal. The product is not clumpy and when it does begin to clump that’s my sign to toss and get a new on! I love That it’s as good as big name brands but with a much nicer price. I would pay full price but due to catching deals I never have to. I purchase often as gifts for the gals in my family. It’s a simple little addition.

Got this mascara since I seen it trending and it was great! Works good. Just started drying after 4 years.

Pros: Mascara is buildable, not clumsy, good mascara brush, doesn't run very bad when you cry Cons: Can transfer to upper lid if skin is oily, occasionally gives raccoon eyes with long wear but not everytime

I have purchased so many mascaras in the past that just didn't work for me. The essence mascara is amazing for the price.

Great for long lashes

I've been meaning to write a 5 star review for this mascara for some time now, because this mascara WAS perfect. I'm VERY picky with my mascara and have tried almost everything on the market. For many years I used Le Volume and this is the first and only mascara that ever came close to providing the volume and (importantly) separation of my lashes. I discovered this mascara about a year ago through online searches for dupes and knew when I saw the wand that this might be the one. Sure enough it was perfect and gave me the same results for a fraction of the price. I bought MANY more as gifts for others and have recommended it to countless others. Then, earlier this year, essence inexplicably changed the wand. It is no longer sturdy and is very flexible/bendy. Now, application is much messier, requiring more stability on my part. Most importantly, it doesn't separate lashes AT ALL because there's no grip on the wand since it bends. Worst of all, when they changed the wand they also tweaked the tube itself, so the old wand cannot screw in to the new mascara tube. It looks almost identical, but the old wand will not screw on to the new tube. So now, I have to keep one new tube with the mascara to apply (looks like a sloppy toddler did it with this new wand), and one old tube with the wand that actually works (to actually make the lashes look good). I'm sure it's not great to keep using this old wand for months on end, but what's a girl to do? That was the functional part of this item that made me love it, and now they've basically ruined it. WHY did you do this essence?! Please give us the old stiff wand back, or make a new mascara with the old wand, or sell the old wand stand-alone with a cap that screws in to the new package. Please I'm literally begging to go back to the perfect product you had.

THIS IS PROBABLY MY FIFTH PURCHASE OF THE SAME MASCARA AND I LIKE THE OTHER VERSIONS OF IT TO USE IN CONJUNCTION WITH IT FOR DIFFERENT BRISTLES THIS ONE TWIRLS AROUND THE BRISTLES DO WHICH GIVES IT DIFFERENT DEPTHS...CREATING "BEAUTIFUL" LASHES THAT LASTS FOR DAYS LITERALLY YOU CAN EVEN JUST TOUCH UP YOUR LASHES AND IT WILL STILL BE THERE IF YOU DON'T WASH IT OFF IT DOESN'T CAUSE ANY IRRITATION AT LEAST IT HASN'T WITH ME AND I WEAR IT FOR DAYS SOMETIMES DEPENDING ON WHAT'S GOING ON IN MY LIFE AND IT ALWAYS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL LIKE I JUST APPLIED IT.... REALLY EVEN AFTER SLEEPING I JUST TOUCH IT UP A LITTLE BIT AND GO IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO SHOWER AND SO FORTH I LIKE LEAVING MASCARA ON MY EYES AT ALL TIMES I JUST FEEL A LOT MORE COMFORTABLE THAT WAY AND THIS MASCARA IS AMAZING!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY ANYONE WOULD SPEND $25 $30 OR EVEN $10-$15 FOR SOME FANCY NAME BRAND MARKETED MASCARA WHEN THIS IS SOOO TRUSTWORTHY!!! Sie verleiht den Wimpern ein tolles Volumen und einen intensiven Look, ohne dabei extrem zu verkleben. ​ Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: In dieser Kategorie ist die Mascara kaum zu schlagen. Eu ameii!! Essa máscara é muito boa já vem uma grande quantidade de produto q infelizmente no início borra. Mas a máscara dá um volume incrível e vc vai criando camadas, e claro alonga bem tbm. Tenho só um pouco de dificuldade de tirar já q ela acaba secando bem nos olhos, mas com cuidado consigo. Então comprem!! Super recomendo, ela me lembrou mto a de volume da Niina Secrets.
