well made, good looking, good value, exactly as descibed

Very poor quality for £42. Paint was cracking and the lining very poor quality. Could be such a lovely gift. What a shame they can't be bothered with a nicer finish.

Bought this as a gift is was very difficult to open had to give instructions with gift. I felt it was expensive for what it was

Whilst having a good finish the box is poor quality wood and badly finished inside

it was going to be an 18th birthday present but it had a poor finish and no instructions

It's a beautiful looking box and the puzzle side of it is tight and not loose which you expect it to be. First the keys to unlock the box are cheap and feel like you will bend them when unlocking the box. But once open there is a removable mirror which is not held in well. It reveals another hiding place but all it is is a hollw lid so what ever you put in there is gonna be hard to get back out. But apert from that it looks good.

excellent produit néanmoins j'y trouve 2 défaut selon moi la clé est fragile (je l'ai tordue en l'insérant heureusement j'ai réussi a la tordre à la remettre en place) et les partie en bois non peintes perdent beaucoup de bois (j'en avais partout sur mon bureau en 10min) ça peut etre amélioré mais le produit reste de qualité.

existe en plusieurs finitions. très belle peinte en noir ( fait main?). clé et serrure un peu faibles. casse-tête amusant

Le coffre est au top. Livré avec une clé de secours car elle semble un poil fragile. Mais sinon c'est bien.

This is the first item, after hundreds of orders and gifts, I have ever returned to Amazon. I was shocked at how poorly this box was put together. I read that it was handcrafted, which made it difficult to return, but I could not figure out how to fix it. The key barely worked, the lock was very poor quality, the glass mirror fell to the floor (surprisingly didn't break) when the box was opened, there was no way to safely secure the mirror to the lid, the two braces for the mirror were put on too far apart and didn't match the color of the box, the hinges were very delicate, and I could go on. I was going to send this as a gift but was happy I sent it to myself so I could load "treasures" in it. I would have been embarrassed to send this to anyone. The same day I received it, I reordered the same type of box from a different company on Amazon and was relieved it was very well made and didn't have any issues. Warning to anyone ordering this box ... deliver it to yourself first and check it out before gifting. Hopefully I just received a "bad one."
