How do you heat this wax? Microwave ? Steam? Hot water?

I don't have a microwave. Instead, I use my small 18-liter oven to heat it. I place the jar on a plate and heat it in the oven at 100 degrees celsius for 12 minutes. This has worked for me with all different types of wax in similar sized jars.

Any cheap alternatives for the applicators?

Our applicators are on the way right now. Please do check Amazon within the next few weeks. Alternatively you could try a chopstick, cuetip, pencil (if you've got massive nostrils and a small pencil) or a small sturdy twig, but we can't guarantee results or your safety... If it breaks off in your nose then you'll look daft.

Put it in d Micro, on d side versus d middle. Heat for 128 seconds. Take it, stir how soft it is n continue to heat it until u get d right texture

to the seller I'm having troubles with finding the cotton ball and piece to this product , can you point me in the direction of finding it ?

No idea what cotton ball ball you're referring to. This is a refill of the wax which requires applicators that are sold separately. Hope this helps
