Comes with an excellent instruction Manuel . This type of breathing has changed my life . I’ve always competed at a high level in several sports . This las year had been a torrid time . 5 Ambulances ( all after high intensity cardiovascular output), MRI’s , ECG,s Cardiograms and so and so . I read Patrick’s Book had a bolt score of 12 . One month later I feel like my old self. Training is easier. I’ve lost 8kg . I’m sleeping better . I’m easier to be around ( my wife tells me ) This morning my waking BOLT score was 41 . I started slowly, using this at home while sat to gradually improve CO2 sensitivity. I then started walking in the mask too. I noticed differences - better sleep, calmer, more energy, noticeable diaphragm workout. Update - I did have a few issues in terms of the product coming apart, so could be a little better construction.

These masks are amazing to wear but you do get some strange looks on the street when wearing them. Although the Covid situation makes it more acceptable. I bought two of these. One for a woman and one for a man. They fit perfectly. After some adjustments. Would highly recommend

Excellent product amazingly effective solution for altitude training. Good seal around face to force compliance with restriction level you've chosen. The straps are quality material with proper Hook&Loop strips as clasping. Just a very thin material so you'll need to careful attaching and more importantly when taking this device off at end of workout. The good in the material is that if like us you're riding with this!!! You can use you jaw to ease restriction temporarily if needs must. The additional information and tutorials are TOP NOTCH from a demonstrably qualified professional and inventor. Buy in confidence.

Was looking forward to training in this The seal around the edge has been sealed at an awkward angle so doesn't fit on face correctly and leaks air and falls off face Really disappointed

This is one of the cheaper masks i have purchased but seems to be the best, very comfortable fit, light weight. All my previous masks have required me to change parts etc to adjust the settings, this mask is so easy to change the settings, just by moving the slider across on the front of the mask, The only issue for the 4* and not 5* is the rubbery plastic smell while using the mask, but i am hoping this fades the more the mask is used/cleaned

La maschera andrebbe anche molto bene, il dettaglio che me la fa scadere tanto è che la fascia non è in neoprene spesso ma in un materiale veramente sottilissimo, che ho paura che prima o poi si strappi. Speriamo che non lo faccia!

Die Maske funktioniert super und lässt sich je nach Trainingslevel gut einstellen. Entgegen einiger Rezensionen, kann ich nicht bestätigen, dass die Maske unangenehm riecht. Ganz im Gegenteil finde ich, dass sie sich nach anstrengenden Einheiten sehr gut mit Wasser und Seife reinigen lässt, dass man beim nächsten Training wieder mit einer frischen Maske startet. Ich trage die Maske nun seit 2 Wochen täglich auf dem 20minütigen Radweg zur Arbeit. Der Effekt ist beeindruckend. Während ich die ersten 2-3 Tage mächtig die Luft durch die Schlitze saugen musste, ist das Gefühl jetzt schon deutlich besser und die Atemfrequenz erholt sich schneller zB an einer roten Ampel. Ich habe auch schon auf längeren Autofahrten die Maske getragen und so auch diese Zeit für ein Training nutzen können. Also ich kann die Maske nur sehr empfehlen!
