*Packaging, Delivery and Assembly*Received the e-bike on time and it was very well packed with proper cushioning wherever necessary. It was already almost fully assembled and I had to only tighten the handlebar as it was kept loose for ease of packing and only had to fit the pedals kept separate in the same package. That’s it and the e-bike was ready for riding.*Communication and Support*Before sales and after sales (as well!) support is great. They ensure that each and every of your question, doubt, problem is resolved. They keep follow-up of issues and overall riding experience.*About the e-Bike*I purchased this e-Bike for commute from home to office and back as a small step to contribute in reducing the city pollution. In total 30 KM journey and due to the distance I was searching for some reliable e-Bike.The quality of the e-Bike is superior. The frame is very sturdy. While riding you feel the stability and quality. Pedal assist mode is a real pleasure. There are 9 modes: 1 to 9 and while you are pedaling, per mode, the amount of support given by the motor increases and you can switch the modes depending on amount of effort you are requiring to push the e-Bike forward. There is a separate thumb accelerator as well using which you can just relax and let the bike move on motor alone.In 15 KM ride, one sided also, I hardly need to consume battery few times just to avoid sweat and that is the major plus point. While going to office one can go sweat-less with motor support as needed and while returning home avoid using motor to do some exercise! All parts fitted to the eBike look quality parts.Have driven the bike multiple times in city and so far nice experience, smooth ride and satisfaction!

After four years riding with my Trek, I want to upgrade my bike. But due to heavy traffic and need to travel 30 kilometres, I decide to switch over to electric. I started to search. She clarified my queries lot of times, which made me to select the correct accessories.Finally, I got my correct bike.I will share my detailed review after some weeks.Now will share some points,Pros: Excellent customer care before and after sales.Superior componentsPAS with Torque sensor is really excellentNo difficult to drive in traffic and Flyovers.Wide riding position.Cons: In general, our mindset will be the bike is costlier in India. Hi am dr Mahanth, I work as a sonologist in puttur, 50km from Mangalore. I have purchased this cycle on november 7th.Its is just amazing for long rides and short rides. I ride 80kms on every friday since am going to visit a hospital which is 40km from my house. My terrain is very hilly so the battery lasts 50km only. am enjoying the ride. This cycle has quality parts.

The Copernicus Cycle is awesome. Great specs and the ride is smooth. The battery power is enough for a whole days ride. Easy to ride. I'm very satisfied with my Copernicus Cycle.

Expensive but worth it, you can tell the quality once you see it in person and use it. Evaluated against almost every other e-bike in the market and came on top both in performance and aesthetics.Good service by the company.

Good bicycle, I have taken a test ride and was really impressed with the ride quality and pedal assist offered when in steep climbs. This bicycle is in my wish list
