Are these the same quality as the ones that are in the small bags of 120g by Hollings?

Mostly. Sometimes there’s some debris in the bottom of the box, but that’s to be expected given the amount inside. I’d say that the small bags contain slightly larger necks, we have six dogs so works out much cheaper
