Really feeling this supp. I rarely write Amazon reviews (not really my thing) but this product deserved one! I've been in the gym game for years and this product delivers the best pump per capsule I've used. I'm so vascular and veins are popping everywhere - after just a couple sets in the gym about 30 minutes after taking this beauty. Lifts are strong, energy is sustained and I'm just popping out of my shirts. Thankfully it's almost suns out guns out season and I'll be switching over to tank tops - otherwise my shirts might start busting. Just kidding about that, but seriously this product is top notch. I am taking an extra tablet or two but not stacking with anything else except caffeine so the pump is definitely from this product. I was using tablets from another brand of Arginine/Citrulline and taking the same amount (4-5 tabs about 30 min prior to lifting) and got decent results, but not nearly this good. These tablets are a bit bigger, but they go down easy enough. I'm a big, tough dude so I swallow all 4 or 5 at once, but others may find them to be a bit on the large side but unless you're a total woos they are easy to swallow. Also, if you use a pre-workout with lots of pump in it, this is a great supplement for taking through the day to maintain that great pump and we all know how good arginine is the vascular system and you heart! If you're not using a pre-workout for pump, then buy this immediately. Guaranteed you will get a great pump and better lifts/energy. The Dr. Emil brand is the shizzle and I'm going to be trying way more of his sports nutrition stuff in the very near future. Thanks Doc!! Also, one more thing - this is a great value for the dosage. It's more than double the total Arginine/Citrulline per bottle than brands I see charging just a bit less (nowhere near half the price). Great product at a great value! Really can't go wrong

Great product

I tried this combined with pine bark for better blood circulation for my workouts. My workouts have improved significantly over time. I have longer stamina and strength. Cardio has improved from 10 minutes to 25 minutes daily. strength training has also incrementally improved. I do not feel sluggish and can function with energy the balance of the day. I'm am over 55 so every little thing counts.

I usually don’t post reviews on Amazon, but this product is 100% worth the time! :) I purchased this a few months ago after doing some research on a dietary supplement to help lower blood pressure - with the intent for a flexible non-committal supplement to take as needed, not every day as usually required by a prescription. Working in a fast-paced stressful job with other life stressors (financial, family, Covid-19, etc.) I needed a supplement for the times of the month where I knew ahead of time there would be increased, unavoidable stress. My blood pressure fluctuates, it’s not consistently in the pre- or hypertension levels that doctors take notice of, but when it is - I get such bad chest tightness, not able to fully relax and really be productive, difficulty taking deep breaths... It 100% helped relax my chest tightness right away!! Diet & exercise are always the #1 way to permanently lower your blood pressure but I highly recommend you give this product a try if you’re looking for a fast-acting supplement that will give you ease and relaxation to go about your day! As a nice side bonus, Dr. Emil’s Nutrition additionally has a great team of folks behind them, very quick to respond and offer helpful solutions :) Honestly it’s worth mentioning when a company goes above & beyond these days, really shows the company’s integrity and care for consumers past just a simple transaction sale on Amazon. Will definitely look around their store for other helpful dietary supplements just because of this. :)

Did not see any benefits while taking this product!

i am a 47 year old healthy male. I have tried many (too numerous to count) Arginine Products, and this one ranks pretty darn high. Right there with the the more high end costed ones you'd see advertised in any men's muscle building publications. I take three, pills as prescribed when I wake up on an empty stomach with the others that require the same, and I definitely get the pump of vascularity and fullness that's to be expected from a quality product. It seems to stack nicely with small dose of creatine, ZMA, & plant based protein, most of which I take later in the day too. I am an avid gym goer/rat. I take my health seriously and make sure to be mindful of the things I choose to put into my body. Having said that, this is a good product. I'm going to get some blood work done again soon as I do every so often and make absolutely sure that I am well tolerating this and my other lifestyle supplement additions. The last thing I would like to ad is that this stuff has improved my libido. I've never had a problem with that before really, but it's given me more of an appetite and 'yearning'. I'm sure that it has to do with the wonderful inadvertent blood flow to my penis. Can I say that?! Well, it's true. So there you have it.

Disclaimer: I was NOT paid for this review. This is a great product if taken regularly. I do not use it specifically for pumping iron, but after years of having unused muscles, I noticed that when doing beginner workouts, fatigue set in quickly. This supplement ALONG with MetRx Creatine was a blessing to “develop” the strength in my underutilized muscles (which I never knew I had) to do basic push ups, light weight dumbbells for forearms, biceps, triceps & chest exercises. For all the regular people out there (like ME 🙂) this supplement does help with sexercises. The duration & performance 🎭 has been incrementally upward ⬆️ with my abs, back muscles & arm being strengthened through the sexercises. One thing I noticed is that if the pills are removed from the bottle and taken in a pill baggy during traveling etc, the pill disintegrates easily. It almost looks like it’s outer coating dehydrates and the pill crumbles into powder. The bottle is dark in color and I am guessing that it blocks the light from “breaking down” the surface coating thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the pills. There were a couple of pills broken in the bottle (no biggie) but those looked like impact breaks due to shipping & not disintegrating. In all honesty, physical performance is up, am able to be more active in general during the day and during the night. This pill allows for more stamina, but might not necessarily improve the size of the 🍆 but it will work for a lot longer without fatigue. This is a great supplement for all physical activities that require muscular strength & endurance. 🙂

I'm pretty impressed with this NO booster. I would take two tablets prior working out and one tablet post-workout. This additional supplement with my already establish nutrition and protein intake performed exceptionally. I noticed after approximately two weeks I was dramatically more vascular. On non-training days I would take one tablet in the AM, one with lunch, and one with dinner. During those non-training schedules I observed a higher level of physical energy just doing my day-to-day. I built a pump much sooner during workouts and that pump maintained through the entirety of my workouts so long as I supported it with high intensity activity. I did also notice a very positive change in my libido and sexual health, as well. I've tried other 5 star recommended NO boosters with mild success. So far, Goliath has given me the most consistent and solid results. I have yet to find another NO booster than surpasses Goliath as far as what its intended use is. With that said, I can feel comfortable recommending this to anyone in the fitness world.
