Q: Is the wire shielded? It comes up when I search for shielded guitar wire but is doesn't say if it is shielded in the description.

Shield wire for guitars will usually have the term “braided shield” in the title.

Q: Can it be used together ?

The two colors of wire? Yes, absolutely.

Q: can this be used as a bridge ground wire?

It can, but wouldn't be my first choice. It is a bit larger also so it may not go through the same wire tunnel that the original bridge ground wire was in. Depends on the guitar. I wouldn't use it for the bridge ground though.

Q: Can this be used in restoration of a 1937 Zenith Radio 120v 15amp

This wire is for low voltage systems, you can search for 120v cloth - covered wiring, that would be the right wiring to use
