I can't say enough about how much I love this fan. It went in our living room. It is very pretty and fits the style of our house. The fan was easy to install and is very quiet. I absolutely love it.

Love the look, but the reverse isn't remote controlled you have to take the shade off. Good if you have kids...bad if your single and lazy

The media could not be loaded. I was hesitant to purchase this fan after reading the reviews but I took a chance because it had the glass drum shade I was wanting. My only complaint would be it is a little noisy on high but I keep it on medium & it runs quietly. Contrary to other reviews, I found the directions clear and easy to follow. I’ve installed several ceiling fans over the years and this one was pretty much the same. I’m a 66 yr old women and I was able to install it on my own. It’s not rocket science! Lol! I’m pleased with my purchase.

Not easy to install (according to the electrician I hired) and has a really bad shake. Very noisy!!! The ceiling flush mount isn’t large enough to fit over the electrical box. No stability. The two light covers do not tighten down so they shake and rattle. We have tried for hours to balance it. Even paid to electrician to come back out and see if he could fix it. I haven’t been able to use the fan at night, which was the purpose in purchasing it. If I could return it I would. This fan is a huge waste of money!!

Installation is easy IF you do install the fan blades before you hang to the ceiling. Unlike other brands I've installed in the past, this is not a one person installation if you are flush mounting. Yes, you can flush mount this ceiling fan, that is a plus.Once installed, the motor is a little loud when on the highest setting., noticeable on medium, and pretty well silent on the lowest setting. The angle of the fan blades moves the air to the furthest extent of the room; this fan DOES NOT move the air directly below the fan as other brands do. I'm not sure if this fan is meant for larger rooms, but it is hard to feel the air flow.With the noise of the fan motor, I will be looking at other brands as I continue to upgrade fans throughout my house.

Great quality product

This fan was a pain to install, but it looks great and functioned perfectly for the first 6 months. Pull chain operation is great when your home is wired with 2 switches for fan and lights. The reverse switch under the glass was an afterthought during the design process. My wife turned the fan to medium today since it's getting hot in Kansas, and no amount of balancing will make the shake go away. Don't bother clicking the links that Amazon gives you for customer support, they go to a real estate website. Same for the phone number. I would have expected a fan of this price to last longer.
