Here's why: 1. The packaging says "no sweeteners," but the ingredients list glucose syrup. In my opinion, that's even worse than sugar. This syrup is given to people to drink during glucose tolerance tests; it causes a momentary spike in blood sugar. 2. More than 400 kcal per cookie is too much. 3.
