This paint has fine sand in it. It is very effective at eliminating slips and falls when the surface is wet. Not as effective for snow and ice. When using, the sand settles out in the can and it has to be remixed frequently. A roller would be the most effective way to apply this paint. A brush tends to push the sand around and create areas with no sand on the surface. If using a brush, two coats are required to provide more uniform sand distribution. One gallon was enough to cover 113 SF with two coats and a little left over. Limited color selection, but they are nice colors.

Works great, has even coverage, dries relatively fast, but has a lot of grit, so use accordingly.

Excellent product. Great absorption, color and appearance. This is by far the best paint for concrete that I have ever bought.

BEST PAINT FOR ANY SURFACE

Can was plastic bagged inside a STURDY box and even had an extra plastic ring to protect the lid for dents! Paint worked great on the macadam that I used it on, will try to remember to post updates later after heavy foot traffic wear and tear.

Initially, I really like this product, but it started to peel up after the winter and it might be my fault for painting it over other paint. I’m not sure. I still do like the product.
