I've wrote a lot of reviews, I've eaten a lot of pickles, and I've now found my favourite.The onions are consistently sized, and well prepared - top and tailed to perfection. I've bought a few jars now, and have not had a single bad onion.The label mentions many decades of pickling practice and this is obvious from the way the pickling process has been refined to perfection - the onions are left firm, but not so hard that they are prevented from pickling fully. The outer shell is as well pickled as the central core.The strength of the vinegar is balanced by a well calculated sweetness, and backed by a full spicy flavour that is accompanied by a low heat from the addition of two hand scored chillies.The recipe has balanced the new addition of chilli perfectly - these aren't "vindaloo" onions, they are the familiar and loved pickled onions with a new dimension, and increased depth from heat and further spicing.I've yet to try them on many meals - I've been enjoying them directly from the jar, to fully appreciate the expertly blended flavours and exquisitely prepared onions.Top notch, I'm putting these on my regular-orders list.

These delicious pickled onions have chilies mixed in with them, which give a fiery, but very pleasant flavour. Their tantalizing taste will have your mouth watering with anticipation for another. 5* pickled onions!

Spicy but not too hot. A bit pricy. But a good product.

Best pickled onions ever. Second only to some I made myself. They are crunchy and the chilli gives them an extra kick.
