I never have pain, I’m just bloated a lot of the time, and the inactive ingredients in this product are different from the other leading ultra formula and this product is more affordable. I get the 500 mg of both, this one works within 30 minutes, the other is overnight before anything happens. The size of the gel pill is smaller, and I feel it’s easy to take. I will actually when I’m done with the other brand not use it anymore.
