This knife set is perfect for me. I am new to cooking and do not need a large number of knives. I also am vegan, so I will not be tempted to use these knives on animal bones. If you are considering a purchase of ceramic knives you should know that black blade knives are substantially harder than white blade knives. They go through a longer and more intense manufacturing process that creates this extra hardness. I also doubt that there is any significant advantage to more costly ceramic sets, unless you prefer a particular shape and style. This is a great set of knives and I recommend them highly.

Perfect set of knives for meal prep. Sharp and I LOVE the grip handles and covers. Very convenient! I have smaller hands and sometimes it hard to find a set of knives that I can feel comfortable using. These are weighted well and feel great in my hands. I think these would also make GEAT gift. Packaging was beautiful too <3

I've been using these for a couple months now and they both work and look great!My only problem (and maybe it's just me being clumsy) is that the large one has already chipped. I've been extremely careful while using, washing, and storing them, and I never use them with anything that they recommended you not cut. Kind of a bummer for an otherwise superb product!

I love these knives - light weight and well balanced and very sharp. On top of the utility value of these they are just beautiful! I have nerve damage in my hands which has diminished my hand strength. These knifes are so easy for me to use I no longer dread cooking prep. They are also beautifully packaged. I recommend them without any hesitation and will also be getting more for gifts.

Truly amazing! These knives are super sharp. Have only used them twice so far, and performance exceeded expectations. I'm very pleased with quality and price, as well as prompt delivery. Super-sharp, nice feel in my hand. I'm glad I found these knives before spending lots more. The sheaths are a great idea, too, both for personal safety and to protect the blades.

I love these knives! I have only cut veggies with them but they are sharp and look so sleek and pretty. The only downside is I've read ceramic knives will eventually dull and there currently isn't an economical way to sharpen them. Or is there? Anyway, I definitely recommend these knives.

I like these a lot. They cut well and handle dicing, shredding, choppping, and cutting like a pro! My only con was that I experienced some chipping off handles. But that isn't key to their performance so its no biggie for me. Overall great purchase and love the knife covers!
