When I opened the package, I was VERY disappointed with the quality of the necklace. It feels very cheap, and already had BLACK marks on the heart on the front and back as shown in the pictures. It’s supposedly sterling silver but clearly shipped to me tarnished. This was NOT at all what I had envisioned, and I requested a full refund.
