It warms your knee
This item will warm your knee(s) quite effectively.Whether it works for you in your situation... you just have to try them.For the low cost of these heat pads, it is worth buying them and giving them a go.In my case (tennis) I found I was better off wearing long tracksuit leggings as opposed to shorts, and keeping my knees warm.

The pad gets quite warm but not sufficient to make much difference to my knee pain. Tried it on my shoulder with similar result

This product is little or no use at all
I was expecting sufficient heat to relieve or help with the pain and discomfort of the problem knee joint....even after an hour of wearing the patch very little heat was transmitted. I do not think this product lives up to its advertisedremedial effects. Not really worth the money and certainly not helpful at all !!!

these weren a disaster they gave hardly any pain relief, wouldnt stay where put because they would lossen up the more you moved about

Don’t waste your money
These are absolute rubbish, a big con, didn’t heat up, gave no pain relief. I am going to see if I can get my money back as these goods are not fit for purposeDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this product.
