One shoe stopped working mid event, but as the instructions with the shoes illustrated, there is some wiring under the insole. One shoe's plug had simply disconnected. Worked fine after pushing it back in. One shoe looks brand new the other one has marks on it and the strap looks like it got crumpled up! one lights up one does not! The only reason I got these were to get them for the Artists that are signed to my label so we all could wear them in this upcoming video. These were my first order Definitely don’t think I would take a chance ordering five pair total. I would like to note today is July 12th & the company still hasn't contacted me back ### ⭐ One shoe stopped working all together *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2018* These shoes were great for the first couple hours I had them. They worked and were bright. But by that night - I hadn’t even worn them out, only tried them on in my room - one of the shoes wouldn’t turn off. I let it die and then kept it on the charger for several hours. It didn’t light up when hooked up, and when I took it off the charger after several hours of being hooked up, it wouldn’t turn on. I tried to unplug and replug the plugs under the insole like the pamphlet suggested but it still wouldn’t turn on. I’m pissed. These were for a costume I was going to wear tonight and now I can’t wear them and have hem light up the way I wanted them to. They’re no longer available on prime and the shipping is going to take way too long for it to get here before Halloween too so basically my costume is ruined. Worst $35 I’ve ever spent, returning them and not rebuying.These shoes could have been great had they both continues working. They fit well, looked nice and are super comfortable.
