How it tides to table

Hello there,
In order to attach the grinder to normal table you have to use the mechanical device, provided with the grinder.In order to use the vacuum device your table must have a shinning surface(so the rubber made device could create vacuum by actuating that lever, without having vacuum leak.I have a 3/4 inch by 12 inches by 12 inches high density polypropylene plate to with I'm attaching the grinder, and it issuable enough when you turn the handle to grind the meat.I love this meat grinder(craftsmanship,the way it grinds the meat ) .I hope it will help you.

Hello. i am looking for a manual meat grinder, what is capable of grinde chicken tights with the bone.  can it does the job?

Do you mean "chicken thighs with bones"? This meat grinder can be used for chicken with bones. If it is chicken thighs, it needs to be peeled first.
Small Tips:
1. Pure fat or meat with tendons can be frozen slightly before grinding.
2. For larger ingredients, it is recommended to cut it into small piece first.
3. This meat grinder is suitable for meat stripped of tendons and skins and chicken, duck and fish (with or without bones), as well as vegetables with little water such as mushrooms, garlic and pepper.
4. Vegetables such as green vegetables, cabbage, white radish, celery, etc. can not be grinded. Meats such as skin, ribs, and other tough and elastic foods need to be removed before grinding, otherwise they will block the meat plate.
