This pencil is great! I find it very difficult to get suitable makeup as my skin is so sensitive. Eye makeup especially. I have tried so many products. It’s draining!!! And expensive! So this was a great find for me. I’ve been using it for years now. I’m fair skinned so use “smoke” (rather than black) as kohl liner under my top eyelash line, inside my lower lash line & on my eyelashes. (I can no longer wear mascara because, if I do, my eyelashes fall out.) I use “chaos” above my upper eyelashes & below my lower eyelashes to bring out the blue of my eyes & make them look a bit bigger. These pencils are vegan. That def makes a difference in the blue (chaos) pencil. I put my face on in the morning & do sometimes need a bit of a retouch mid afternoon. Even so I give the “smoke” and “chaos” pencils 5 stars!

Now, I have struggled trying to find a truly waterproof eye makeup for years...the ones that claim to be waterproof flake and rub off, so I knew I needed something softer and waxier, and THIS IS IT !! I also looked at reviews to see how well it would stay on the waterline of my eye, and this out performs the rest too.....I just wish I could find it in more colours !

Always used urban decay does what it says it does. Stays on.

You cannot sharpen this pencil. Tried with a correct fitting sharpener and also with a penknife. The outside of the pencil is covered with a hard plastic material that makes it impossible to sharpen. Would not buy this product again. Had to throw it away.

I ordered an eye pencil from burts bees and used it until it run out. I thought I'd treat myself to this one expecting.it to be really good but it's just the same. The burts bees one is a third of the price of this.

This is great until it needs sharpening.

Rubbish as brought because it was stated to be waterproof and long wear as I have oily skin. Dissolved all over eyes within an hour and left looking like I’d applied it and partied hard for a week!!!!

I’ve been using Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eyeliner pencils for years because the color range and staying power are excellent. The formula applies very smoothly, wears beautifully throughout the day, and is one of the few pencil liners I consistently come back to. My only frustration appears as the pencil ages. The product tends to shrink slightly inside the wood casing, which makes sharpening difficult and sometimes causes the core to feel loose or sadly, just fall out. As a result, I often end up discarding a pencil that still contains usable product because it becomes hard to maintain a clean, precise tip. Even when new, these liners can be somewhat challenging to sharpen to a nice point compared with other brands. That said, the performance and shades are so good that I continue to repurchase. If the packaging allowed for easier sharpening (I have tried different sharpeners and the 'putting into the freezer before sharpening method' as well) and less product movement over time, this would easily be a five-star eyeliner for me.

I don’t use much liner and like just a thin light line on both top and bottom lids. The pencil is very soft and easy to apply, but also runs easily lasts for 3 hours max, and is not water proof. After using the liner for under a week it completely ran out.

You won’t get many applications out of each pencil, but it is exactly what I need and worth the money to me. It takes a minute to apply and lasts all day. If you are looking for something easy, this is it. It is especially good to highlight the lower lashes.
