Arrived with an essential boot missing and another bolt had been just thrown in box and not in the plastic bag with other bolts etc. Looks great and easy to attach to bike - My dog a little nervous at 1st about getting in. Took him 200 yards down the road and when I got back when I guess turning he had managed to break the front mesh which is very flimsy and never going to contain a large dog . I had the supplies belt attached to his collar at its shortest so to restrict movement to the max. I contacted Schwinn as per instructions on desertcart and they responded from the US very quickly and gave me a UK based contact. Messaged them and after a follow up please reply email I got a polite email informing me that they did not supply / have anything information / replacement parts on this product. I forwarded this back to the US and received a short message saying they still could not assist and I needed to go via desertcart . After some issues with getting through desertcart customer service were really good and even though they could not offer me any repairs advice they did refund me in full . Bottom line is if you have any problems with this product Schwinn offer no support or customer service in the UK. Great idea in principle however It is probably best suited to very docile small / medium dogs who are immediately comfortable sitting in a moving carrier. Review: Good little trailer - Works but could be a little bigger (higher) for my 45 lb dog. She's most comfortable sitting in it rather than laying down as she is tall. Appreciate the interior collar strap and that you can semi fold the trailer for travel/storage. Some room for improvement-the smaller opening (that you can fold back) on top could be bigger (there should be more space/of am opening closer to the rear bike tire) so the dog doesn't have to sit so far back in the trailer when sitting upright; you can open the trailer entirely but I wouldn't suggest this if on a gravel road or if you have a dog that may attempt to jump out. Additionally there is virtually no suspension so unless you're on asphalt or concrete, you don't want to go too fast (so the dog isn't taking the brunt of the bumps). Manuvering seems to be a breeze (I wouldn't take a turn fast though). Only complaint was that the trailer was missing a screw so we had to call Schwinn to get that (they were very good about it though and it arrived within a week from the states). Overall, good trailer for this price point. Would recommend if you don't have a dog that is overally anxious. ## Features - Rear doggy-door and folding brake allow for easy access for your furry companion; sunroof opening lets pets enjoy the view while staying safe - Trailer liner with non-slip surface provides a comfortable ride for your pet and is easily removable and washable after Your ride - Adjustable leash length prevents pets from leaping out of the trailer, maximizing safety and comfort; trailer holds one pet up to 100 lbs. - Unique folding frame and quick release wheels pack up neatly for compact storage and transport; 16 inch air-filled tires provide a smooth, steady ride - Universal coupler easily attaches to almost any bicycle for added versatility; one-time installation ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07K29P464 | | Best Sellers Rank | 266,711 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) 100 in Dog Bicycle Trailers | | Brand | Schwinn | | Brand Name | Schwinn | | Colour | Green | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 1,135 Reviews | | Frame Material Type | Metal | | Frame material | Metal | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00038675141889 | | Harness Type | 3-Point | | Included Components | Schwinn Pet Leash, Schwinn Rascal Plus Trailer, Schwinn Universal Coupler Attachment | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 139L x 81W x 67H centimetres | | Item Type Name | Schwinn Rascal Plus Trailer | | Item Weight | 15.42 kg | | Item weight | 15.42 kg | | Manufacturer | Schwinn | | Manufacturer Part Number | 13-SC322L | | Maximum Height Recommendation | 53 Inches | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 100 Pounds | | Maximum weight recommendation | 100 Pounds | | Model Number | 13-SC322L | | Mounting Type | Bicycle mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product dimensions | 139L x 81W x 67H centimetres | | Seating Capacity | 1 | | UPC | 038675141889 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Schwinn - **Colour:** Green - **Frame material:** Metal - **Global Trade Identification Number:** 00038675141889 - **Item weight:** 15.42 kg - **Maximum height recommendation:** 53 Inches - **Maximum weight recommendation:** 45.36 kg - **Mounting type:** Bicycle mount - **Product dimensions:** 139L x 81W x 67H centimetres - **Seating capacity:** 1 ## Images ![Schwinn Rascal Bike Dog Trailer, Carrier for Small and Large Pets, Easy Folding Cart Frame, Quick Release Wheel, Universal Bicycle Coupler, Washable Non-Slip Lining - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/719mXF2BNwL.jpg) ![Schwinn Rascal Bike Dog Trailer, Carrier for Small and Large Pets, Easy Folding Cart Frame, Quick Release Wheel, Universal Bicycle Coupler, Washable Non-Slip Lining - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81FCe7Qq7mL.jpg) ![Schwinn Rascal Bike Dog Trailer, Carrier for Small and Large Pets, Easy Folding Cart Frame, Quick Release Wheel, Universal Bicycle Coupler, Washable Non-Slip Lining - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81099snfbGL.jpg) ![Schwinn Rascal Bike Dog Trailer, Carrier for Small and Large Pets, Easy Folding Cart Frame, Quick Release Wheel, Universal Bicycle Coupler, Washable Non-Slip Lining - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81+YGiL8bfL.jpg) ![Schwinn Rascal Bike Dog Trailer, Carrier for Small and Large Pets, Easy Folding Cart Frame, Quick Release Wheel, Universal Bicycle Coupler, Washable Non-Slip Lining - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81JKTsfr3lL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐ No customer service for product in UK *by M***A on 26 February 2023* Bought this for my 28kg dog .
