These were perfect for my moms birthday! The banners and lamps were pretty easy to assemble if you are careful to avoid tangling when you get them out of the packaging. The Happy Birthday banner is movable so you can adjust how long you want it to be on the string, while the dots and pennants are not. The lamps come flat with a metal insert that is removable so you can keep and store them for future use, if you are careful! They are tissue paper like material so be gentle. The hanging flower things were a tad more challenging for me to set up. They come in an accordion like folding that you yourself fluff up and separate to make into a bulb. They are also tissue paper material and somewhat hard to separate, but if you have delicate hands and patience you should be fine! They never really looked right to me but I was pretty impatient and didnt try that hard to make them perfect.

My husband bought this for my birthday and surprised me by a beautifully decorated house. It was so festive and warmed my heart hearing him and my two little ones assemble everything. The pink and green banner and balls did take them a bit to put together, though, and I wouldn’t suggest this to someone who doesn’t have the patience to spend a few minutes per ball. Colors are super cute though, and I loved the polka dot banner, too.

I was impressed with the material used. Very durable, classic and added just the right amount of sparkle to my daughters 1st birthday party. The Pom-poms were tedious but once you got the hang of it they looked great. I didn’t even use all that were included. I used fishing wire to hang them from the curtain rod at different heights so they could be admired from outside and inside the house. Would recommend.

Adorable set with beautiful colors. Great quality. Takes a little work to assemble but simple to do. Very happy with these cute decorations.

I was really impressed with the high quality of these decorations. Much nicer than what you’d get from a big chain party store. Very easy to put together, well made and great value for the money. I got these decorations for my mom’s birthday and have kept for the next celebration. Highly recommend!

This is the sweetest set! Bought this for my husband’s aunt to celebrate her 90th. First birthday party ever! She was so thrilled with everything and these decorations made her party all the more special. The Pom poms take a little time to fluff so allow yourself a couple hours in front of the TV but they are not hard to make into lovely decorations. Would definitely recommend!

I used this for my daughter's 16th bday party and the presentation turned out beautiful!! Can't beat the price for all you get!! I would definitely recommend buying. If you don't want to take the time to do some assembly, I wouldn't recommend. The tissue balls come flat and you have to pull out each piece of tissue, one by one, to make them "fluffy." This takes some time. Also, you have to string the happy birthday sign yourself. Does turn out really cute though!

Used these decorations for my daughters 13th birthday. They are absolutely beautiful. I had some trouble figuring out how to put the poms together since I’ve never done it, but I eventually got the hang of it. Everything probably took me about two hours to setup. Worth it!
