Review: Not bad for Organic - Unfortunately many of Dangmyeons are made in China. Even though the product is made in China I decided to buy it because I trust the brand, Chung Jung One -- I grew up eating their products. Their products are known for pricier than most but often have better quality. The noodles are nicely packaged and you just need to boil the noodle for 6 mins to cook them. The texture was good and the taste was clean. The noodles are precut already to its very easy to fit in to a pot. I was fairly pleased with the product. I think this is one of better quality you can find on desertcart.

I think these noodles are more so for carrying flavor than having there own. It was my first time using this. But it was necessary to make a hot and sour soup I replicated and jap-chae. The good thing about these noodles is that they're already cut down to the proper size. Others come in a longer form and you have to break them apart. I would buy these again. The chewy texture was also great.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: The package states that is it made in Korea but 100% of raw materials were sourced in China

**Q: Which organization has tested them the certify them that they are organic?**
A: I would love to know the answer too. "According to the package: Name of certification authority: CUK certification number: 62-8-79" - what on earth does this even mean? Asia has practically no penalties for labelling something "organic' when it's not. And they know American's will pay more for "organic" labels, so you need to be extra cautious with ordering completely foreign foods. I wish Amazon vetted such things.

**Q: Is it product of which country ?**
A: The package states that the noodles are made in Korea from Chinese raw materials (sweet potato starch)

**Q: Cooking directions on the package i received are only in korean...can anyone provide them in english?  thank you!!**
A: I've seen methods for just soaking them in hot water to boiling them.  I usually boil for 5 minutes until al dente and then toss with the vegetables and sauces.
