Glucose syrup - Chestnut puree - Candied chestnut pieces - Sugar - Water - VanillaToo, it's fat free and low cholesterol (hardly any). All natural ingredients but a little high in sugar (no corn syrup but 17grs of sugar in 2 tablespoons).
